and family-owned award-winning company. Owner
Navid Derakhshan, an Emory University trained biologist,
has spent his life in landscaping and gardening. His vast
knowledge from time spent studying at Emory and in the landscape
and construction industry has provided him with the experience he showcases in his incredible work at Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces. His ability to impart this well-rounded talent into unqiue designs and plans really is the valued difference for the entire operation at Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces.

With the importance of discipline, education, ethics, and respect for others instilled in him by his father, Navid enjoys working hard for his clients and keeping his employees happy. Navid excels at designing outdoor spaces, and his passion lies in creativity and being outdoors.

NAVID’S BIOGRAPHY

The Outdoor Makeover & Living Spaces team is led by an incredible visionary and a uniquely talented and highly-trained Emory biologist, Navid Derakhshan. He was raised with an entrepreneurial mentality and started working three days after moving to Atlanta. Navid worked long hours, and studied even harder. It finally paid off when he was accepted to his favorite institute: Emory University. He had two priorities: make a name for himself at his institution, and perpetuate the companies that he and his family worked so hard to grow. With strategies and proper planning, he excelled in both. Navid graduated in the 96th percentile from Emory.

After graduating, Navid decided to go back to what he was best at: designing outdoor spaces. With full time attention to the outdoor makeover business, Navid and his brother Omid revamped the company with many new systems for organization and success, great employees with creative minds and years of experience, and competitive pricing. Their fruit has yielded countless happy clients with amazing outdoor spaces.
